Pros
large company, lots of project opportunity if you are willing to travel, travel pay, competitive vacation, decent pay, family culture
Cons
Lots of nepotism, its about who you know, not what you know. Pay is below competing companies, too many managers on projects, salary pay is a huge deterrent, each project seems to get more and more difficult. Support groups (warehouse, qc, and document control) are extremely difficult and unhelpful.
