Easy work. There's literally nothing to do here.
Cons
IT manager is green, doesn't know how to manage a team well. He micromanages even though he likes to claim he's "chill". He doesn't pay attention to anybody's work quality, but forms opinions of you based on rumors of other uninitiated and uninformed parties. Just completely absent.
