The people, leadership, teamwork, benefits are fair, main office is awesome, gym, great cafeteria, walking trails, volleyball court, prayer/meditation room.

Cons

Pay is fair for the local economy, but not as comparable to the industry, however the holistic and high values compensate for overall work experience.
