Pros
Facilities at the home office are very nice. The Fitness Center, Clinic and Cafe are very convenient. Benefits are fair compare to similar companies.
Cons
The IT department is way behind in technology. Senior management lacks the necessary technical knowledge and experience to help the department advance. Department decisions are made based on perceptions and not on reality. Intimidation and abuse of power is utilized by some people as their management strategies with direct reports and others. Development opportunities are only given to the ones that are good at selling themselves to senior management and not the ones that put the effort and bring real value.
