      Pros

      Good benefits. At first, it was great. They have people there that have 30-40-years tenure. Unheard of. Figured they were doing something right. There are people there I do miss working with. There are good people working for Zachry.

      Cons

      However, it did not transcend to IT. The IT restructuring negatively affected our team and it led to lay-offs. Zachry lost bids on projects causing a downturn. This process affected other people's lives and livelihood. If you are looking for an IT career and for an environment in which to grow, then do not work at Zachry. Choose another alternative.
