      Good pay and benefits, stable, and for the most part very friendly workplace.

      Cons

      Going through painful transition from a technology point of view, lack of a real identity or vision, tons of untenable legacy applications, infrastructure, and business processes.

      Pros

      Great employees make it feel worthwhile. Lots of promotion from within and room to move departments within the company, so there is plenty of opportunity. This is a company that really tries to examine itself and promote positive corporate values.

      Cons

      Field work is great pay, but can be stressful and exhausting. The best employees tend to be sent to the most difficult/stressful projects. As with any large corporation, there is gap of understanding and culture between the corporate side and the field.
