Just the small money but it's money.

Cons

Everyone is from the valley and is family. No moving up in the company at all. Most companies trys to hide it but not here. Management is so lost because they have to do buddy system. With theyre family and not getting any thing. Done foremans,general foremans, supervisor are sometimes green hands.

Good pay, hours and co-workers. Good Millwright Superintendent.

Cons

A lot of politics and drama. Mostly every supervisor is job scared and does not stick up for their crew. Also, someone is always out to get your job. So stay on your Ps and Qs.
