Pros
Zachry is a company full of great people that try to do their best. We work on large scale projects, which are great experiences. Historically, there has been good stability to the company and they try to do best by the employee.
Cons
Zachry is a construction focused company. There are other business units to provide more service offerings, but construction drives the direction of the company. Engineers design to meet construction's needs and decisions. Construction makes decisions that engineers need to design around and work with. They are trying to document work practices and standards, however standard operating practices are not being followed causing a disconnected team effort on projects.
