      Pros

      Pay comes regularly. A few genuinely nice people.

      Cons

      Broken promises, misdirection and outright lies. Complete lack of concern for employees as people. Transitioning to open office "bullpen" environment - can't even have a trash can. There are no bonuses here for the unwashed masses, unless you call it a bonus to get your picture taken with John Zachry. The benefits are a step above garbage and you will submit to annual probing for the high cost, high deductible "health care plan." Unless you're an Aggie Engineer (and even then...) I would think twice before joining this seemingly prestigious company.
