      Pros

      Corporate office perspective: Great caring people, amazing culture, plenty of learning & growth opportunities. In-house cafe, gym and health clinic; outdoor basketball court, sand-volleyball court, soccer field area and running track. Opportunities to impact the local communities with meals on wheels and many other care team projects. Family friendly and great work-life balance flexibility for those with kids. I could go on and on really.

      Cons

      Not the highest paying or best benefits, but there are a lot of pros that compensate for those.
