      Pros

      Fellow coworkers, 4 10s, able to leave for emergencies, appointment, etc.

      Cons

      No raises, even after many years of dedication and good work ethic. Management is horrible from top to bottom. No communication. No opportunity or growth. People that should be fired are still employed. Favoritism. Benefits are ridiculous and the Hsa employer contribution taken away. I could go on and on!

      They are very understanding when it comes to personal issues, especially health issues, All you need is to keep the lines of communication open.
