      Pros

      Good work and sometimes knowledgeable CO workers but rarely longtime firemen as they seem to be promoted by longevity and not overall true knowledge and actually prolong the construction process as they need constant teaching while disrespecting those that teach.

      Same as above but you all need warm bodies to use

      Pros

      For the most part I have enjoyed working for Zachry. I know it is an outdated notion, but I had planned to retire from this company.

      Cons

      You do not leave a company, you leave your manager. If you are good at what you do, you will find your plate overflowing.

      Some of the smaller design centers have a different dynamic than the corporate. The corporate is put on a pedestal compared to the design centers
