Pros
The internship experience at Zachry was top notch. There was an intern project in which different teams were formed prior to our arrival and then had to compete for a fake bid. It gave all the interns a chance to experience a little bit of everything that Zachry does. Executives and other high-level people were extremely involved with the internship, and this provided some amazing insight into the company's culture. Wouldn't have traded the experience for a thing.
Cons
There really aren't many I can quickly think of. If you are searching for a pretty dry, technical internship experience, then you shouldn't apply. The project took most of the time, so there wasn't much an opportunity to do departmental work.
