      Culture Management Lots of opportunity to move around internally Family feel Fair compensation and job security

      Cons

      Sometimes they keep folks in the company that are a detriment because leadership is so compassionate. Locations of job sites can be remote. Very modest about philanthropic work.

      Pros

      Great company to work for, emphasis on safety and training for their employees. Very diverse set of projects to work on. Many training opportunities and construction site opportunities to become well rounded engineers.

      Cons

      Management is not always honest and forthcoming with lower level employees. The ability to advance looks like it is there, but there are few advancements and more upper level re-shuffling. Hard work is not always rewarded, and credit is not always recognized.
