Pros
The pay is good if your a journey and the per diem isnt too bad. Plenty of hours if your looking to make super money.
Cons
Its getting to where most of the higher positions are being given to inexperienced people that can barely speak English, which causes alot of miscommunication and safety hazards. Alot of work has to be redone because many of them are either lazy or just put stuff up to say they finished, (production, production). Then it becomes the typical blame game and company politics of who to fire. I could go on and on.....
