They perform in house drug screen and even assisted with I9 documents and submitted the E-Verify Federal Form. Even majority of the craft employees received Perdiem. However, the coordinators did not have to approve the 50+ mile resident location by collecting utility bills. They only had to guesstimate if the employee lived 50 miles or more from the job site.
