- Great work life balance. -Great time off program for salary exempt employees

Cons

- Could have better benefits like paid parental leave and tuition reimbursement. - They also had a phone service subsidy, but was recently taken off - Time off program improvements for hourly on -exempt.

Plenty of work, lots of overtime available. Good insurance after a year. 401k matching it does cap though.

Cons

Definitely job first employee second. If one person messes up anywhere the whole location has a new policy instead of additional traing for individual. Training is too broad must complete traing for jobs not performed instead of job specific.
