      Pros

      -Work site and plant employees were great. -Position was flexible with my schedule outside of work.

      Cons

      -Toxic leadership. -Toxic work environment. -Still haven't received cost of living raise, since change of President. -Have had 4 different project managers and all have been worse than the one before. -Can't make complaints to HR or Corporate, because some how the complaint will make its way back down to the site and person you made the complaint on.

      Great place for starting in the construction business.

      Got greedy on giving per Diem and living allowance for salary employees to work out of town away from home when required.

      Pros

      ZHI has a lot of work on the books. Job security for those working on site for projects. Values are higher than most contractors and safety record is impeccable. Great co-workers!

      Cons

      Salary is behind competition. Upper management seems to not listen to key team members. Not rewarded or recognized for efforts, its expected.
