Great colleagues, I mean amazing. Feels like you’re doing good work and part of a family minus management. Life and work balance
Cons
Lack of leadership experience, Management don’t seem to concerned about losing people. You are a good employee if you stay in line and listen. Cant take criticism and it shows through petty decisions and how they treat you. Endpoint team and service desk are honestly considered replaceable.
