Some of the foreman shouldn't be foreman because they know somebody. Especially whenever you have no experience

Pros

Good benefits, 401k decent, pay really good, and close to home. Wish it could kick off a little closer, but it's a decent place to work.

Cons

They try to run people out for ridiculous reasons, be careful and just do your job. Two of my raises got sidelined due to raise freeze and hiring freeze.
