Management is underinvested in staff and will nickel-and-dime you over pay. Teams are consistently understaffed. Tech debt is swept under the rug. Messaging in all hands is really tonedeaf; the company celebrates financial wins which don't benefit the actual staff. Recently they bragged about the sheer number of applicants they receive, yet they never hire anyone. Things look bad with the recent acquisition, an event which extended the tonedeafness of the company: many of us are facing redundancy, meanwhile the CSuite is patting themselves on the back for this "amazing accomplishment," telling us we should be proud of all the work we've done (which they're profiting off of).
