WFH….that was the only pro.

Cons

Read all the negative reviews, not sure how anyone would leave a positive review. Work, work, and more work with little support or direction. Emergencies and fire drills day and night. Checking email at midnight because 6 or 7 am meetings would be scheduled by leaders in the middle of the night. Worked weekends and holidays as part of the expectations to keep up.
