Pros

-They start you at 6 figures. -Privately owned/funded

Cons

-Even though there is Flexible Time Off (FTO), you still need to ask for approval. Every company I have been at with FTO, as long as my accounts are covered, I don’t need approval. I’m an adult. -You have to reply within 4 hours to emails & within 2 hours for escalations. -You constantly need to have the status of orders updated. If an order updated 5 minutes ago and you didn’t align your status with it then it is used against you. -STATS are a challenge to maintain unless you are starting your shift an hour early and staying an hour later to wrap up. -Micromanagement. -Constant turnover
