Constant changes make processes hard to enforce

Zayo offers a lot of things that seem very appealing to job seekers. They have social events, resource groups, and learning sessions. Do not be fooled by this. You will never have time to attend those. Every department at Zayo is run so lean that every employee is expected to do the work of two or three people. It will be non-stop emergencies from the time you clock in until the time you clock out. Look at any "people and culture" event hosted by Zayo and you will see that hardly anyone is attending. If you attend, you will be producing less than your peers. Your output will suffer and you will be seen as a less productive employee. This is why no one goes. It is impossible to participate in these events and still get the amount of work done that is demanded of you. It is a systemic issue because Zayo is determined to get more work from fewer people.
