Almost entirely new leadership team and positive momentum is building. There is more autonomy and trust in Europe and is an exciting place to be.

Cons

Fast-paced and demanding, in a lot of roles you need to be self-sufficient draw your own roadmap and create work life balance. Still struggling to have diverse senior leadership.
