Far better than it was, but still held back by the US global business reputation and its lethargy to fix issues. It's better with every step of autonomy,, but it can't come quickly enough to unleash the full potential

Zayo Europe has a positive, team-oriented culture. Colleagues are supportive, leadership is approachable, and there’s a strong sense of collaboration and trust which is really helpful for someone that is new to the industry. A great place for those who value autonomy and growth in a fast-moving environment.

Cons

Some internal processes are still evolving as the company scales, but with that, brings opportunities too.
