      Easy Onboarding - Exciting times!

      Pros

      When first joining the company - I had time set aside with over 10 leaders of individual areas of the business to introduce me to their job and area! It was a great way of starting to build my internal network and really get a feeling for the collaborative values instilled in Zayo Europe. The overall mood in the office is of a constant support and encouragement ! It does really feel like one big team!

      Cons

      The company is growing quickly, which means that the processes and systems are not fully caught up - which is an exciting problem to have!

      Pros

      Great people and culture, everyone is so friendly and welcoming. We have recently separated from the US which now gives us autonomy to make our own decisions. New CEO has come in who is approachable and knows everyone by name. Clear open communication. Things are moving quickly and for the better, Lot's of recruitment and growth. Good benefits including hybrid working

      Not for people that don't enjoy a fast paced environment
