Financially oriented telecom company that actually makes money (rarity!). Highly accountable, nimble organization that aggressively pursues the opportunities in front of it. Results have been great and future is bright.

Pros

They give decent bonuses every quarter and they allow almost all employees to work from home as needed. That's about it.

Cons

They are only concerned about the bottom line and not their employees. Zayo bought 7 companies in 2012 so their systems are a mess. They even tried to screw the employees out of much of the bonus that they were promised. I haven't talked to an employee yet that actually enjoys working for Zayo.
