      *"Build the plane as we're flying" is used a lot, feels like the company motto. *Leadership thinks they know what they are doing, but they really don't. *Toxic environment Leaders don't like each other and are very cliquish. *Everything is urgent and needs to be done ASAP *There isn't a strategic plan in place *Finance is a mess *Layoffs are a common practice and are known by employees and bound to happen (Q2 & Q4)
