Pros

There are lot of prons here. - Timings flexibility. - Any time PTO - People in the Zeomega are down to earth except few which is common. - Work on the skillset which you are interested.

Cons

- So much of comfort zone sometime feels like you don't have any work. - Tools used for the product development are legacy where no one is using in the market.
