no pros beacause of low salary

Cons

very low salary for laravel developer. why would someone with a bsc degree and 2 years of working experience work for only 20k taka? a day labourer with zero education earns 30k per month in bangladesh.

Pros

This is an excellent company to work with. They have a great staff and practice flat organization structure. Thus, even the senior management, like the CEO and his team are easily approachable. The company offers diverse opportunities across many streams. They also provide compensation as per best in the industry. Great place to build a career.

Pros

The culture is inclusive and friendly, with a great deal of energy around the company. This is a company that cares about their employees and offers great benefits! Salary is paid as per market standards. The CEO is a guy with great integrity and personally gets involved in all urgent matters. I worked with them for several years and the first one which I would recommend to family and friends without hesitation.
