- Low salaries when compared to other companies - Slow career prospects due to complex organisational structure - Work politics and poor management - Not adapting to latest technologies (encouraging people to stay with older technologies due to stability of older technologies) - Different work cultures in different teams - Heavily process oriented and less interesting projects
