      Horrible corporate structure

      Everything else. Corporate structure is lacking, management is not accessible, NO trust in their employees, just about everyone I talked to that works there hates it, MASSIVELY underpaid for the jobs they want you to do.

      Terrible Hierarchy & not innovative

      Work from home. Simple work.

      Cons

      The hierarchy there was ridiculous. The latter of people I reported to was unnecessary. The people in upper management are mostly older, white men. For a technology company, they were that innovative. Most managers have their favorite employees and the office is literally in the middle of nowhere. The commute was awful. The culture for most departments needed improvement.

      They allow remote employees. You're constantly working on something new.

      Cons

      Everything is under-resourced. Not enough time, not enough people, and not enough investment to truly do a good job for customers.

      We appreciate your review. We often from our teams that the variety of work is exciting and keeps our teams energized. At times some projects go smoother than others. We do our best to balance the workloads and resourcing for our project teams.
