      Pros

      Over my time with Zebra I've had incredibly opportunities to learn, stretch and grow. The company prioritizes the development of their employees and I especially like the opportunity to directly make an impact on the company. Employees are empowered to move from idea to action pretty quickly, which makes it a fun place to work and grow.

      Cons

      I've been able to balance work/life relatively easily, but I know this is a challenge for some. I think it's what you make of it, and the boundaries you set. For me, it hasn't been much different than any other big company in terms of workload/expectations.
