      Laid back culture, very smart coworkers, strong attention to quality, minimal levels of administrative nonsense, highly collaborative environment, interesting work. Buy zebra stock if you're smart

      Cons

      Mediocre comp, insultingly low annual salary increases, slow moving work environment is not great for learning, slow career advancement, insultingly low bonuses even when the company has a great year

      Flexible daily timings, doesn't mean flexible work schedule

      Cons

      Managers don't recognise real contributors.. no policy for promotions. No justifiable reasons for not getting promoted. You will feel disrespected if work is not recognised. If you can have good relationship with manager with minimum execution contribution you can survive.. You will get promoted, get good hike as well. Nothing new to learn.
