      Great technology, too political

      Pros

      Zebra has great technology, a great sales team, and a lot of smart people. Benefits are great, pay is above average and time is generally flexible.

      Cons

      There is still a ton of division between former Motorola and former Zebra ways of working. Too many decisions need to be made by committee, which limits agility. There is a higher than normal level of politics, with a lot of jockeying among leadership and a lot of territorial behavior.

      No pros from my side

      Cons

      No technology expert people, all are doing work like ok to manage things. No new technology to learn, only mobile Android related work. Management is playing politics. Groupism in teams.i ll recommend not to work there

      People were great but management was oblivious.

      Management is clueless to problems and choose to remain that way. They do not want to listen to anything that might make them look bad.
