      Nice people and working atmosphere in general

      For some departments - unfair approach to employees regarding promotions, some people get promoted almost right after passing probabtion (3 months) despite the company policy that you can apply for promotion/position change only after 12 months. Other people had to fight for promotion despite years of experience.
