      While I value flexibility in the workplace, it’s unfortunate that the current environment prioritizes internal politics over growth, lacks real appreciation for long-term loyalty, and often promotes those who align with the culture of favoritism rather than merit. I believe organizations thrive when they reward integrity, contribution, and potential — not just compliance.

      “It’s disheartening to work in an environment where office politics take precedence over merit, where loyalty is overlooked, and genuine career development is neglected. The culture tends to reward sycophancy rather than performance and integrity. I hope the organization reflects on these concerns for the betterment of its future talents.”

      Manager can ruin experience

      Pros

      I love this company and what it stands for. Great reputation from a product standpoint and great people for the most part.

      Cons

      They always say your manager makes or breaks your experience at a company. Unfortunately mine is one that needs people skills coaching and working on delivery of messaging to employees. Scare tactics do not work well for me or long term.
