      Pros

      Nice people, flexible hours, work can be pretty interesting.

      Cons

      Same as most other big companies. Can be slow and inefficient. Politics determines where money is spent. People who contribute very little stick around for a long time.

      Pros

      Zebra makes some good printers and products. People are very dedicated, even if ideas are old and stale.

      Cons

      It’s time to change the leadership. It’s an old, male, white boys club. Women are not respected, especially women with opinions. We are told to not make waves and be quiet. Men who are rude and offensive somehow are promoted. There are some good, friendly people, but definitely rotten apples are spoiling the bunch. Plus, Zebra is slow to develop new products to meet customer needs.
