      Nice place to work hard and get rewards. family ambience. Good work lift balance if you know how to push away scope creep.

      Cons

      A lot of additional work can come in but as Long as you know you know how to divert non core work away, it is manageable.

      Cons

      Many Senior managers were promoted from within although lacking strong management skills and global technology trends. This leads to ineffective management practices and inadequate expectations among teams. Communication issues between departments also leads to challenges with customer service.
