Challenging work, Good work-life balance

Not many food options. Expensive location with no public transport.

Thank you for the feedback regarding our food service. We will be sure to escalate to our outsourced partner. Additionally, we do have a PACE bus stop just outside of our building and offer a program where pre-tax deductions from your pay can be used toward the purchase of fares from an eligible transit authority.

Horrible corporate structure

Health care and on Premise gym

Cons

Everything else. Corporate structure is lacking, management is not accessible, NO trust in their employees, just about everyone I talked to that works there hates it, MASSIVELY underpaid for the jobs they want you to do.

Loss of identity and one zebra

Pros

Still some good people left in the company.

Cons

Non flexible, massively underpaid, no real incentive to achieve anymore and a more robotic structure. I noticed some bullying tactics to remove people before I left which was a real shame as it use to be a great company. Loss of direction and for someone who had been there for a long time Some members in HR were robotic and left a rather bad reputation to the company. Real shame. Serious change needs to be done to reward all the middle people that make the company and not just the top dogs!

Zebra prides its self to strive to create an inclusive culture and we continue to support employees through changes which we face as we grow. We also recognize for some employees growing into a bigger company maybe a difficult transition. In terms of our commitment to having the right culture, we have reinforced our values and behaviors through “Leadership in Action” workshops, and over 5000 people have attended the two day workshop globally over the last two years. We have a culture were we continually look at our reward strategies for example everyone is now eligible to participate in an incentive plan. We continue to transform our people agenda as the company transforms
