Good pay and Good benefits.

Cons

Avoid Alpharetta office at all costs. Culture is the worst I've ever seen. There is massive turnover due to a new Director brought in last year who is not qualified for the position. Executives are doing nothing while employees and even contractors are running away. There is no HR in the building and verbal abuse is rampant, lawsuit just waiting to happen.

Cons

Company is shifting focus and investment from HW to Digital - which is great if your education and background is CE or CS... not so much if your background is HW - centric.

Pros

Collaborative, fun working environment. Strong focus on teams and individuals taking the lead and having accountability but also being a team player. Very agile, constantly looking for opportunities to improve which you can influence at an individual level. Good work life balance.

Cons

Lots of different initiatives running at the same time which could put pressure on individuals if they struggle to manage expectations.
