      Pros

      Good team, not much office politics, nice leaders.

      Cons

      Logistics operations in US is messy, doesn't make sense not to ship goods direct from China OEM to customers in China. Credit team hold shipment due to zebra operation problem.

      Pros

      Company expanding beyond its mobile printing type of products with it's acquisition of former Symbol . Good benefits and competitive salaries.

      Cons

      Work place politics between the divisions. Credit for product development was not handled right.

      Good to hear from you, thank you for the feedback. We are very excited about how the acquisition positions us in the marketplace. We recognize the acquisition will also bring about some change pain. As we continue our integration efforts we recognize there have been some process changes and we expect the amount of these changes will less as our integration matures. We don't view this as "work place politics" but rather opportunities to work through cross functional process issues.

      - Great work atmosphere and camaraderie among coleagues - Communicative, open team leaders - Pay a little better than average - Many benefits as part of compensation package (language courses, gym program, ...)

      - The environment sometimes feels too much "open office" - No distinctive culture: just standard, a bit too much "corporate-like"

We have made a very deliberate effort to instill the new Zebra culture through several global initiatives including our two-day experience based workshop that every employee will take. The feedback on these efforts has been overwhelmingly positive and we’re very pleased with the impact its making across our workforce.
