      - Good location. - Okay salary. - Kitchen stocked with food, beer, and soft drinks. - Good team camaraderie. - Highly educated and talented software engineers.

      Cons

      - Highly dysfunction management lead by former software engineers that lack good communication skills or how to address developers needs or concerns. - Authoritarian-like leadership where developers can't express concerns without be interrupted or shutdown. - C-level management is often scared to speak up or push back in protecting the platform and the teams. - Unavailable product management team members making platform decisions not understanding the implications. - Dysfunctional platform with tons of potential. That's the sad part. It could be so great!

      If you are inclined to learn, you will grow. Work env is good, work content is better than competitors. Great work life balance for engineers.

      No brand presence or recall, company needs to spend more on its employees, give better salaries and merit raises.
