Pros
1. One of my best work experiences so far 2. Management realizes and values the potential and commitment of ICs and assigns duties accordingly 3. No micro-management but good guidance and support whenever required 4. Management seems to genuinely care about employees' welfare and health, esp during the pandemic 5. Employees were taken care of during the worst phase of the pandemic 6. CEO and senior leadership lead by good example 7. Strong focus on inclusion and diversity 8. Work-life balance is amazing. There are times when hard work and long hours are necessary but rest of the time nobody bothers you after hours.
Cons
Pay could be higher compared to some of the start-ups in technology in Canada.
