Senior management seems to be truly committed to the company's culture - the company develops and produces cutting edge technologies and devices. So the end result product and/or solution can be very exciting to work on. Great camaraderie exists among many of the employees.

Cons

There are still some separation glitches from the former parent company that seem to be impeding complete cultural assimilation. These need to be resolved as swiftly as possible.

the cultures of legacy Zebra and legacy Motorola are still mixing. That is causing some strife as the real "leaders" emerge.
