Pros
The company has been around for a while and has some really smart folks working there. Great opportunities for learning and self improvement. Most of my peers where very easy to get along with and worked well as a team - friendly environment. Pay is good, maybe a little above average.
Cons
Good ole boy system. It is difficult to move up within the company. Upper management plays favorites and if you are not in the inner circle you will never go anywhere. If you are one of those people that wants a good job and doesn't really care about moving up or any career growth, then Zebra would be perfect for you.
