Close relationships with supportive co-workers and a sense of camaraderie in overcoming obstacles together.

Cons

High stress from being overworked during the busy season (which were 6 months long) and the extremely low pay led me to be very dissatisfied at the end. It seemed dead ended for anyone working in operations.
