      Great for Early Career Talent / Challenging for Working Parents

      Pros

      Fair pay, long term success; stability / job security, respectful and collaborative environment, great colleagues. Generous PTO. Wonderful volunteer and giving programs to support the community. High focus on early career talent. Foosball tables and coffee bars are typically occupied by up and comers seeking social interaction through work.

      Cons

      Limited support for working parents. No on-site childcare or meaningful child care benefits. Parental leave is not competitive for high tech. Frequent early / late meetings. As a result there is very limited representation of women with children at senior levels.

      Zebra is great, but unsure of itself with work from home or office options

      Great company! Has grown so much in the 10+ years. Management and people are great

      Cons

      Zebra can't figure out a middle ground or balance on WFH. Instead management is pushing people to return to office which is causing many talents to leave despite success during the high point of COVID lockdown in 2020. Disappointed on how disconnected management is on this subject
