Flexible daily timings, doesn't mean flexible work schedule

Cons

Managers don't recognise real contributors.. no policy for promotions. No justifiable reasons for not getting promoted. You will feel disrespected if work is not recognised. If you can have good relationship with manager with minimum execution contribution you can survive.. You will get promoted, get good hike as well. Nothing new to learn.
